We’re offering an intern position within the Bayer Foundation’s Science & Education team:

YOUR TASKS AND EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

  • Supporting the program manager in planning and implementing Bayer Foundation's scientific programs, e.g. fellowship programs
  • Evaluating the performance of selected programs through independent data preparation, analysis, documentation, and proactive task implementation, e.g. analysis of fellowship applications and feedback
  • Supporting communication activities with regard to relevant content, e.g. content for LinkedIn posts, Bayer Foundation website
  • Co-developing and supporting community management activities for our alumni and fellows’ network, e.g. email communication, alumni meetings, scientific lectures

WHO YOU ARE

  • Enrolled in natural sciences degree program
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Quick comprehension and openness
  • Passion for science and global sustainability goals
  • Analytical and conceptual strength
  • High degree of self-motivation and commitment as well as strong customer focus
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for innovative processes and changing challenges
  • Fluent in English and good in German, both written and spoken

Our Mission & Strategy

Through Dynamic Shared Ownership, we’re putting an end to the hierarchical model and putting more power in the hands of the innovators and creators at Bayer.

We offer you a full-time (37.5h) internship ideally from mid-September 2026 for a period of 6 months at our site in Leverkusen or Berlin . Please note working remote is possible but we also would like you to come to the office on a regular weekly basis to exchange with the team.
