
Talent Acquisition Process & Systems Manager
The Position

Tasks & responsibilities
- You will be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and optimizing processes and system solutions for Talent Acquisition. Your focus will be on ensuring standardization, scalability, and efficiency, while also creating and maintaining proper documentation, such as process manuals and process flows.
- In close alignment with stakeholders, you will analyze, evaluate, and prioritize process and system demands to ensure timely and informed decisions.
- You will drive process improvements by continuously monitoring internal recruiting metrics, staying informed about industry trends, and leveraging external benchmarks to enhance our Talent Acquisition practices.
- Ensuring compliance will be a key part of your role. You will make sure that all Talent Acquisition processes adhere to legal, regulatory, and company standards, and you will provide support during audits when necessary.
- Collaboration will be at the heart of your work. You will work closely with global solution owners in HR, IT counterparts, the Recruiting Services organization within the GBS Center Network, and local HR teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
- Managing recruitment tools will be another focus area. You will oversee the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies, identifying opportunities for digitalization, automation, and the integration of AI to enhance our processes.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field with several years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting and solid knowledge of the recruitment process and HR compliance
- Hands-on experience with implementing ATS solutions (e.g., SmartRecruiters, SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting) in multinational environments
- Experience working with external vendors / implementation partners and managing global rollouts
- Background in consulting, HRIT, or digital HR transformation is highly preferred
- Proven project management experience, including leading process improvements; leadership in projects is a plus
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and driving decisions
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills
