Dazu gehört die Erstellung qualitativ hochwertiger Produkte an unseren Produktionsstandorten sowie die Planung effektiver Bedarfsprognosen und behördlicher Inspektionen, alles unterstützt durch digitale Technologien, Daten und Analysen. Wir arbeiten in beeindruckendem Maßstab und produzierten im Jahr 2023 über 2,3 Milliarden Packungen Medikamente und Dosen von Impfstoffen.

Operator Filling (m/w/d)

In dieser Rolle stellen Sie durch EHS- und GMP-gerechtes Arbeiten sicher, dass die Produktionsleistungen qualitäts- und termingerecht entsprechend der Chargenplanung erbracht werden.

Befristung: Zunächst befristet auf 1 Jahr

Hauptaufgaben

• Abfüllung von Fertigspritzen

• Durchführung eines fachgerechten und störungsfreien Produktionsablaufs

• Umsetzung der zugewiesenen Aufgaben innerhalb der Abteilung, um die Produktionsziele zu erreichen

• Organisation des Maschinenteams an der Anlage in der jeweiligen Schicht

• GMP-gerechtes Arbeiten und Dokumentieren

• Erbringen qualitäts- und termingerechter Produktionsleistung entsprechend der Chargenplanung

Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten

• Üblicherweise abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen/pharmazeutischen oder verwandten Bereich

• Gute GMP-Kenntnisse, Hygienekenntnisse, Praxiserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie

• Gute Kommunikation mit Kollegen und Mitgliedern anderer Teams und Abteilungen

• organisatorisches Geschick

• Kundenorientierte, sowie aufgaben-, leistungs- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Teamfähigkeit

• Bereitschaft zum Arbeiten im Schichtsystem

Competitive monthly gross salary starting at EUR 3.552, with additional compensation based on your qualifications and relevant experience, as well as lucrative bonuses.In Germany, compensation for eligible employee groups is typically structured over 13 monthly payments (13th salary), in line with local practice. For positions covered by collective bargaining, employment conditions and remuneration are determined by the applicable collective agreements for the chemical industry as well as internal policies. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer’s discretion).
