Job Description:

Spannende Aufgaben warten auf Sie:

• primärer Ansprechpartner für Lieferanten bei technischen Fragestellungen

• Projektmanagement im Rahmen des Lieferantenmanagements, sowie technische Qualifizierung neuer Lieferanten

• Verantwortung für Projekte im Programm „Quality at the Source“: Etablierung eines Risikomanagements bei den Lieferanten (Prozess-FMEA’s etc.) und Definition/Implementierung von Risikominimierungsverfahren

• Beurteilung der Prozess- und Messmittelfähigkeiten bei den Lieferanten und Abiomed-intern sowie Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

• Technische Beurteilung und schnelle Lösungsfindung bei fehlerhaften Bauteilen in der Wareneingangskontrolle, sowie Optimierung von Prüfplänen und Arbeitsanweisungen

• Einführung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen sowie Standardisierung

• Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit insbesondere mit den Abteilungen Design Engineering, Qualität, Wareneingang und Produktion

Qualifikationen

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, idealerweise Maschinenbau / Fertigungstechnik / Werkstoffkunde (Metall oder Keramik) und idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld

• Gerne besetzen wir die Position auch mit qualifizierten Hochschulabsolventen (m/w)

• Von Vorteil sind Kenntnisse in den Bereichen:

  • Prozessdatenerfassung (SPC) und Prozessfähigkeitsnachweisen

  • Qualitätsmanagement, „Six Sigma“ und „Lean Manufacturing“

  • Wareneingangsprüfung, Mess- und Prüftechnik, visuelle Inspektion sowie Validierung von Testmethoden

  • Monitoring und Validierung von Reinigungsprozessen

• Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Strukturierte, dokumentationsstarke Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit.

• Kenntnisse der Anforderungen der FDA 21 CFR 820/821 sowie der ISO 13485

• Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen im Rahmen der Lieferantenbesuche (überwiegend Deutschland und Westeuropa)

Die erwartete Basisvergütung für diese Position beträgt 62.500Euro - bis 97.865Euro.
