Key Responsibilities
Continuous Improvement Support
-
Assist in the planning, facilitation, and documentation of Lean/OpEx activities (e.g., Kaizen events, 5S, VSM, problem-solving sessions).

Perform data collection, data analysis, and interpretation to identify waste, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.

Support deployment of Lean tools such as Standard Work, Visual Management, Value Stream Mapping, and PDCA.
Project Work
-
Participate in improvement projects focused on manufacturing process optimization, workflow design, or administrative efficiency.

Develop simple dashboards, process maps, and performance metrics to measure project impact.

Support root-cause investigations (A3 problem solving, 5 Why, fishbone diagrams).
Operational Excellence Enablement

Assist in updating and developing Lean training material, communication collateral, and best-practice documentation.

Help maintain OpEx/Lean systems such as idea pipelines, project tracking boards, and performance management boards.

Propose fresh ideas and observe operations with a “beginner’s mind” to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Work with technicians, engineers, operators, and leadership to understand challenges and co-develop solutions.

Present findings and recommendations in team meetings and OpEx updates.
