As Business Intelligence & Data Visualization Manager, you will lead the development of enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities, enabling data-driven decision-making across revenue, sales, customer, forecasting, and performance management functions while advancing the use of modern BI and AI-driven technologies.

The full-time annual base pay for this position in France is expected to range between 54'000. EUR and 86'000. EUR . Initial salary placement within this range will be determined based on role-related factors such as experience, qualifications, and expected contribution.
What you will do:
- Lead the Business Intelligence and Data Visualization function within the Commercial Analytics, Data & Performance Insights organization, delivering scalable reporting solutions that support strategic commercial decision-making.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions covering revenue performance, sales pipeline, forecasting, customer analytics, segmentation, and commercial KPIs.
- Build and optimize scalable data models, semantic layers, visualization frameworks, and reporting architectures to support enterprise-wide reporting and self-service analytics.
- Drive reporting automation initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and accelerate delivery of trusted business insights.
- Establish and maintain BI governance, KPI definitions, reporting standards, dashboard templates, and data visualization best practices to ensure consistency and data integrity.
- Partner with Sales Operations, CRM, Finance, IT, Digital Platforms, Customer Data teams, and regional commercial stakeholders to translate business requirements into impactful reporting solutions.
- Evaluate and implement advanced analytics capabilities, including AI-enabled reporting, automation technologies, and modern visualization approaches, while continuously improving dashboard quality, adoption, and performance.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or data visualization within a commercial, sales, customer, finance, or performance management environment.
- Advanced expertise in Power BI, SQL, DAX, Power Query, data modeling, dashboard design, and reporting development.
- Demonstrated experience designing scalable reporting architectures, semantic models, governance frameworks, and self-service analytics solutions.
- Strong understanding of integrating and analyzing data from CRM platforms, SAP, Power Platform, Excel, and other enterprise data sources.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive reporting, visualization, and decision-support solutions for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience driving reporting governance, KPI management, data quality improvement, report performance optimization, and user adoption initiatives.
- Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience delivering measurable business outcomes through analytics and reporting.
