Travel: Up to 50% within the DACH region

In this role, you will drive expansion across Lonza’s Consumer Health & Nutrition business by developing new opportunities and strengthening relationships in the DACH region. You will work with cross‑functional teams to shape strategic plans, support key customer projects, and help introduce new products and technologies to market.

What you will do:

Drive sales growth by developing new business and expanding existing accounts through direct customer engagement.

Identify and close new commercial opportunities across dosage form solutions and nutritional ingredients.

Build and deliver strategic account plans that grow share of wallet and support new product launches.

Assess market trends and develop strategies to strengthen Lonza’s position in the Consumer Health and Nutrition markets.

Create tailored presentations and manage development projects with cross‑functional teams.

Provide timely customer support and coordinate with internal teams when needed.

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development to position Lonza as a multi‑product solutions partner.
What we are looking for:

BSc in a scientific field or equivalent relevant experience.

Business‑fluent English and German.
-
5–10 years’ experience in sales, business development, marketing or strategic planning within relevant industries.

Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the Consumer Health & Nutrition landscape.

Experience introducing new products or technologies to market (preferred).

Knowledge of product life cycles and commercialisation processes.
-
Familiarity with pharmaceutical or CDMO operations is an advantage.
