This role can be based flexibly across Europe. Preferred locations are Spain and Poland.

Your Role

People strategy is not a support function — it is a business driver. As a Senior Expert in HR Strategy & Consulting, you will shape how the HR function operates, evolves, and delivers impact across a global science and technology company. Working at the intersection of strategy, transformation, and analytics, you will influence decisions that affect thousands of employees and help build an HR organization that is agile, data-informed, and future-ready.

In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a business-focused people function, ensuring alignment with company goals and evolving market trends.
  • Lead or consult on critical HR projects — spanning strategic initiatives, continuous improvement, and transformation efforts — acting as a trusted partner to the broader HR community.
  • Orchestrate the annual strategic planning cycle and drive milestone transparency through effective HR portfolio management and financial oversight.
  • Apply analytical expertise to measure the success of people strategy and transformation, leveraging workforce analytics to anticipate trends and deliver actionable insights.
  • Develop high-quality content for executive briefings and presentations, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure clarity and impact at the highest levels of the organization.
  • Partner on enterprise-wide HR initiatives with exposure to a diverse range of stakeholders — from frontline employees to executive leadership — within and beyond the HR function.
  • Role-model AI fluency within the HR organization by actively integrating AI tools into workflows to enhance productivity, analysis, and content development.

Who You Are

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • You bring a minimum of 4 years of experience in strategic management consulting, ideally with a focus on HR or people-related topics.
  • You have demonstrated expertise in workforce planning and organizational change management.
  • You have a proven track record of driving large-scale, complex projects in an international context.
  • You think analytically and conceptually, translating data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • You communicate and present with confidence and clarity, and you are proficient in English.
  • You are adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
  • You bring a high level of integrity, accountability, and genuine empathy for people topics.
  • You are curious about AI and open to using AI tools to support your day-to-day work — you can write effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.
