Au sein du département Valorisation Scientifique des Laboratoires Pierre Fabre, vous contribuerez au développement de notre expertise sur une thématique en cosmétique, en traduisant et valorisant la science auprès de nos parties prenantes internes.

Vos missions

• Réaliser une veille scientifique & physiopathologique : revue de littérature, synthèse des mécanismes biologiques, cartographie des traitements disponibles, veille brevets
• Conduire une analyse de marché & veille concurrentielle : benchmark des produits concurrents (cosmétiques, dispositifs médicaux, compléments alimentaires), collecte de données marché, analyse des tendances et insights consommateurs
• Contribuer à la complétion des Dossiers Techniques Produit (DTP) : structuration et intégration des données scientifiques et techniques
• Assurer la valorisation scientifique : rédaction d'argumentaires, production de supports visuels (infographies, tableaux comparatifs, cartographies)
• Produire un document de synthèse 360° sur la thématique (physiopathologie, marché, concurrence, innovations, insights consommateurs)

​Formation Bac+5 en Pharmacie, Sciences Cosmétiques, Biotechnologies, Biochimie, Marketing Santé ou Communication Scientifique
Solides bases scientifiques en biologie, dermatologie ou cosmétologie
Excellentes qualités rédactionnelles et esprit de synthèse
Rigueur scientifique et appétence pour la valorisation de contenus
Maîtrise de PowerPoint, Excel, Word — la connaissance de Canva/Adobe et d'outils de veille est un plus
Esprit d’analyse et créativité dans la valorisation des contenus
Curiosité intellectuelle et intérêt marqué pour l'innovation en cosmétique
Rigueur scientifique combinée à une réelle appétence pour la valorisation scientifique
Aisance relationnelle pour interagir avec des interlocuteurs
