The Position
Team Lead Engineering Employee Adoption
Workforce Enablement (WE) is the home for employee facing products, services, and experiences within RDT. We deliver digital tools, drive adoption, and provide the support necessary to enable the entire workforce, wherever they are, every single day. The Team Lead Employee Adoption is part of Workforce Adoption, Change, Experience and, together with the team, is accountable for driving the adoption of workplace capabilities across all Roche locations. The role leads the Regional Adoption Network and digital adoption initiatives to ensure employees effectively use available tools, platforms, and services to maximize value and productivity, and build trust in RDT offerings.
The role defines and executes the adoption strategy, aligning global priorities with regional and local needs. It coordinates adoption programs, campaigns, and enablement activities, ensuring consistent approaches. By leveraging insights, feedback, and usage data, the role continuously improves adoption outcomes, strengthens engagement, and promotes a culture of digital confidence and self-sufficiency across the workforce. The role works closely with stakeholders across sites, functions, and product teams. This RDT leader is accountable for the people, budget, technologies, and services required to deliver a high quality offering for employees.

Manage Strategic Stakeholders: You manage and align stakeholder expectations across sites and functions, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and efficiencies.

Ensure Financial Accountability: You manage the team’s budget, including headcount and vendor contracts, while building business cases for new product capabilities.
Who you are:

Experienced Leader: You bring 5+ years of experience in people leadership or program management, with a proven track record of building high-performing, autonomous teams.

Industry Expert: You possess 2+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry.

Educated Professional: You hold a Bachelor’s or advanced degree, preferably with a specialization in Business or Information Technology.

Strategic Change Agent: You have demonstrated experience executing large-scale digital adoption and change management strategies for global IT transformations.

Agile Mindset: You exhibit a lean and agile mindset (VACC) with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage complexity in an enterprise environment.

Technically Proficient: You understand software development methodologies and digital learning platforms, including the use of AI-assisted delivery tools.

Collaborative Influencer: You are a strong communicator who can break down silos and lead geographically dispersed networks to work toward a common purpose.

Salary range 19,000 - 35,400 PLN gross based on the employment contract.

*Please note that the compensation details provided apply specifically to our offices in Poland (Warsaw and Poznań). The details of the compensation package for other locations will be discussed during the interview process.

Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 228,900.00 PLN-425,100.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.
