Conduct comprehensive early feasibility analyses (EFA) to assess compound viability and guide project progression decisions

Perform non-compartmental analysis (NCA) and empirical pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) modeling to characterize drug exposure-response relationships and impact in vivo study designs

Develop and validate population pharmacokinetic (popPK) models using advanced mixed-effects modeling and physiologically-based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) modeling approaches

Apply translational modeling approaches to bridge preclinical and clinical PK/PD data, establish in vitro in vivo correlations (IVIVC) , conduct and evaluate allometric scaling methodologies for cross-species extrapolation to predict human pharmacokinetics

Advanced Analytics & Innovation

Apply and integrate innovative machine learning methods and descriptive statistics to extract insights from complex datasets

Develop predictive and descriptive models using R, Python, and Julia programming languages

Support automated workflows and visualization tools to enhance modeling efficiency

Project Leadership & Collaboration

Serve as the pharmacometrics representative in cross-functional project teams

Provide strategic modeling guidance from target identification through clinical candidate selection

Support first-in-human (FIH) dose selection and clinical study design optimization

Collaborate with in vitro, in vivo, toxicology, and biostatistics groups

Contribute to regulatory submissions and interact with health authorities when required

Scientific Communication & Development

Present findings at internal project meetings and external scientific conferences

Publish research in peer-reviewed journals to advance the field of pharmacometrics

Prepare comprehensive modeling reports and regulatory documents

Opportunities to mentor junior scientists and contribute to team capability building
